RENTER’S RULES & SAFETY (To be distributed to all guests upon rental.)

1. Driver Requirements: All operators must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

2. Capacity: Do not exceed the designated seating limit. No standing on the vehicle while in motion.

3. Prohibited Use: Stay on designated campground paths. Driving on grass, hiking trails, or public highways is strictly prohibited. Abay all posted signs and a maximum speed limit of 10mph.

4. Zero Tolerance: Operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs will result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.

5. Quiet Hours: Carts must be parked and stationary during the posted park quiet hours.

6. Liability: The renter assumes all financial responsibility for any damages to the cart or injuries to persons/property.

7. Rental Period: Pick up starts at 10:00am. For both daily and long-term rentals, carts must be returned to staff by 9:00am on the scheduled return date
